Using the NHS app with the new system.

To re-register for online services on a mobile phone/tablet:

  1. Uninstall/remove the NHS app from your device
  2. Restart your device
  3. Re-install the NHS app
  4. Log back into your NHS account

To re-register for online services using a browser:

  1. Remove any bookmarked links to the NHS website
  2. Delete the browser’s history and cache
  3. Close, then reopen browser
  4. Search for the NHS website
  5. Create a new bookmark
  6. Log back into the NHS website

For any issues please visit the NHS App website.

If you continue to have problems getting back into the online services, the surgery may be able to give some assistance.
