Changes in Your Practice Team Temporary Goodbye Nurse Marie Pearson will be on maternity leave from mid February 07 until January 08. We will keep you informed on her happy event. Welcome To our new Partner Dr Richard Davis who joined our practice on 1st April. He will be working all day Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday mornings. Automated Arrivals Screen We have a new Arrival Screen in reception where patients can 'arrive' themselves for their appointments. To do this patients need to enter their date of birth and sex, if two patients have the same date of birth the screen then asks patients to identify their postcode. Please ask receptionist if you try to use our screen and have difficulties doing so
Afternoon Clinic for Blood Taking We are now offering an afternoon clinic for patients needing blood tests. These clinics are available on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Please ask for details at reception.
Annual Check Ups Every year we may invite you to attend the practice for an annual review of a health condition eg diabetes, high blood pressure. If you receive an invitation letter and do not wish to attend, we would be very grateful if you could contact us on tel 2665246 to let us know. As things may change over time, if you do not wish to attend this year we will invite you again next year to offer a further review. Reports Please remember to allow 7-10 working days for the completion of claim forms and reports. Unable to Attend an Appointment? If you are unable to attend an appointment, please cancel in advance. Valuable time and resources are wasted each month by patients who do not attend an appointment they have made. Cancelled appointments can then be used by patients who need assessment and treatment.
