Repeat prescriptions
If you are on regular medications, prescriptions can be ordered in a number of ways. To ensure we provide you with the correct medication please always remember to leave your full name, date of birth, and the names of the medication you need:

Telephone answer machine
You can ring 2665055 and leave a message 7 days per week, 24 hours per day.

On-line
You can use EMIS Access to order your medication over the internet

In writing
Please enclose a S.A.E. if you would like us to return the prescription to you.

In Person or By Telephone
You can order your prescription at our reception desk or via our normal practice telephone number of 2665246 between 10.00 am– 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.


Please remember to give at least 2 working days notice (excluding Bank Holidays) before you need to collect your prescription.

Some chemists/pharmacists provide a collection and delivery service for people who cannot get out of their house. Your local pharmacist will be able to provide more details on this.
