The surgery is open 8.00am – 6.00pm, Monday to Friday (except for Bank Holidays)

Telephone Access During Practice Opening Times

The main practice telephone number (0191) 2665246 is available 8.00am – 1.00pm and 2.00pm – 6.00pm, Monday to Friday (except for Bank Holidays).

PLEASE NOTE that between 1.00pm – 2.00pm calls are answered with a telephone answer machine message. A mobile telephone number will be given for patients to use for calls which cannot wait until the practice reopens at 2.00pm

Telephone Access When the Practice is Closed

From 6.00pm – 8.00am, every weekday and 6.00pm to 8.00am, Friday to Monday calls are answered with a telephone answer machine message. Patients who need to see a doctor urgently outside of normal surgery opening hours will be directed to call 0845 6080320.
