Results of our Recent Patient Survey
Over 200 patients completed a survey of the practice in late 2011. The results were encouraging with 88% of all patients ratings about the practice good, very good or excellent. A poster summarising the results is provided. If you would like to see a full copy of the results please contact the practice.

Health Services for Military Veterans - Priority Treatment
We are now asked to record if a patient has served in the armed forces in their medical record. If you are a veteran please let us know and we will add this to your record.
Practice Closure
As from Tuesday 07.02.2012 the practice will close between 1.00pm and 2.00pm every Tuesday for staff training.
During this time a telephone message will offer a number to contact in case of an emergency.
Parking Arrangements
Disabled Bays - 2 designated bays have now been created close to the practice
Benton Conservative Club - 5 short stay spaces are now available for patient use. Patients should display a slip stating they are visiting the practice and the time they parked. Please note parking is at your own risk.
50p vouchers - Vouchers to allow you to park in residential parking areas have been purchased from North Tyneside Council. These can be bought at the practice
Flu Vaccinations
If you are aged 65 and over or in an at risk group please contact the practice to make an appointment for your 'flu vaccination
Patient Participation Group
Would you be interested in giving your views on issues important to patients and the practice?
If yes, you may want to join our newly formed Patient Participation Group. We will keep in touch with group members by letter or email. You would not need to attend any meetings.

Telephone Call Recording
From 20.01.2011 all telephone calls made to and from the practice will be recorded.
Proof of ID
In line with guidance from the NHS Counter Fraud Service new patients will be asked to provide 2 forms of identification when registering with the Practice from 31.5.11. Further details on suitable ID documents can be found on the How to Register page.
