Emis Access

Emis Access online appointment booking has been carefully designed for ease of use, and can be used by most internet browsers such as Internet Explorer.

Getting Started

Call in person at reception and request an online registration form. Once you have received the registration form please Click here to log onto Emis Access. You will then be able to enter your personal details and password as shown on your registration form. You can use any of the services listed below.

Booking your Dr’s Appointments Online

It’s quick and easy to use and can be particularly useful during those times when the practice is closed or the telephone lines are busy.
Easy to follow screens and prompts ensure it's simple for you to view, book or cancel appointments online – whatever time of the day or night.

Order your Repeat Prescriptions Online

The latest Emis Access feature allows you to request repeat prescriptions from your own home. Without visiting the practice, you can use the internet to quickly order any repeat prescriptions that are due.
Once ordered simply collect your prescription as normal, 48 hours later.

Contacting the Practice

A secure messaging service lets you send routine enquiries straight to the practice. Simply submit a short message via secure form on the website.
Messages are handled by practice staff during normal working hours, so there may be a delay before you receive a reply. Secure messaging is best used for enquiries that require a non-urgent reply. If you have an urgent query, please telephone the practice or emergency service as normal.
Unlike email, messages are encrypted for patient confidentiality.

Update your Personal Details

Change of address enables you to add or update your address and contact details, including home and mobile numbers and email address.
Changes made through this service are subject to approval by the practice.

All personal information contained on Emis Access is protected using the highest standard internet security.
